We don’t take on projects we can’t deliver so if you ask us to do something we can’t do well, we’ll tell you and recommend you ask someone else - our product and client satisfaction are that important to us.

On the other hand if we take on a project it’s because we are passionate and committed to it, resulting in a quality result or product for our clients.

The directors are the mainstay of the company but we work with a few hand picked, skilled and knowledgeable associates who we know work to our high standards and values. We only use associates we know we can trust.

We approach each new assignment as a unique project that requires a bespoke approach – we know one size doesn’t fit all.

We develop a ‘working with’ relationship with clients to ensure the outputs and outcomes we deliver are what they hope for. To help this run smoothly we identify a key contact who will maintain a link with our clients for the duration of the work, giving progress updates and ensuring smooth progress.

We also value that much of our work comes from word of mouth recommendations, so we want comments on our performance to help us continue to improve and develop to meet our clients’ needs. Consultancy

Review and Evaluation – for successful progress review and evaluation are critical to us all. Without knowing where we are doing well or need to improve, moving on positively can be challenging. We take a participative approach and invest in gathering qualitative information from stakeholders as well as analysing quantitative data. By involving all those affected by a service or project we aim to encourage ownership of the process and recommendations for future action.

Feasibility – give your development or idea the best chance of success and commission a feasibility study. We will establish the feasibility of your proposed development by examining; the present context, market need, future business, market competition, resource requirement/implications and implications for current governance, structure and practice. Feasibility studies are vital where organisations are considering new enterprises or approaches to meet the demands of an ever changing market place. In a climate where resources are at a premium this allows clients to market test without putting all your eggs in one basket.

Service planning and design – do you know that your organisation needs to take a more strategic and planned approach to how it does business? Involve new stakeholders or embrace new guidance or compliance requirements. We can assist you take a step back and look at what you want to achieve, where you are now and how you get there.

Business planning – increasingly organisations need comprehensive business plans when seeking support or resources from a range of different sources. The process of developing a business plan can be helpful by drawing attention to progress made, strengths and areas for improvement. We work with clients to ensure the focus of the plan reflects their needs and that the plan is an effective working document which clearly sets out the organisation’s direction and means of attaining its vision.

Troubleshooting – we will investigate and assess where structures, systems or processes are not fit for purpose in your organisation. We will work with key personnel to tease out issues of performance, motivation, culture and relationships. devlinbeattie partnership ltd does not view itself as an event management company. Rather, we will support, develop, facilitate and manage a wide range of event processes that deliver clients’ their desired outputs and outcomes. We organise and deliver events including:

Coaching and mentoring

The client is in the driving seat, we facilitate the client to set goals, bolster motivation, turn aspirations and hopes into a reality. Whether your motivation is personal or business, you really can achieve your goals.

Coaching techniques are also used with groups and teams: sports teams, business, project and management teams and families.

Mentoring is an exciting dynamic process that benefits for the individual and those around them. We mentor staff to improve performance. Mentoring is not used as a remedial measure for people experiencing problems: rather it is for individuals who want to exploit their potential, who know that they can benefit from their own others’ experience and by being challenged. It gives an opportunity to step back and reflect on situations differently, examining implications and consequences.
